Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Crave & Savor application and related services.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Crave & Savor, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and activity performed through your account.
The service
Crave & Savor helps users discover restaurants and food experiences, save Cravings, record Savored visits, create lists, post reviews, and participate in Community features. Features may change as the service develops.
Restaurant information
Restaurant details, availability, menus, prices, hours, images, ratings, and other third-party information may change or contain errors. Confirm important information directly with the restaurant. Crave & Savor is not a restaurant, booking provider, delivery service, or guarantor of any dining experience.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You give Crave & Savor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute content only as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the service according to your sharing selections. You confirm that you have the right to submit your content.
Community conduct
Do not post harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, impersonation, deceptive content, unlawful material, private information without permission, copyright-infringing material, or content that creates a safety risk. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and must not be manipulated in exchange for undisclosed compensation.
Moderation
We may review reports and restrict, remove, or restore content; limit account features; warn users; or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.
Third-party services
The app may link to restaurant sites, maps, telephone services, email applications, image providers, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services, and Crave & Savor is not responsible for them.
Rewards and offers
Any rewards, promotions, partner offers, or recognition may be subject to separate eligibility rules, availability, expiration dates, geographic limits, and partner terms. Unless expressly stated, they have no cash value and are not guaranteed.
Account termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account through the app. We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, safety concerns, legal requirements, or risks to the service or others.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free information, particular restaurant experiences, or that user content will be accurate or suitable for you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crave & Savor and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, restaurant experiences, third-party services, or user content. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms when permitted by law.
